                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   TEMPORARY WORK AGREEMENT FROM MARVIN A.
                   MOORE AND BILLIE J. MOORE, RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 189, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($250.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a Temporary Work Agreement from Marvin A. Moore and
       Billie J. Moore, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights
       Collection System, Tract No. 189, for a total consideration of
       $250.00.
